This course starts from the basic definitions we use in algebra, and explains what is meant by “factoring” from simply taking a common factor from two or more terms, progressing into factoring by grouping, quadratic factoring, cubic factoring, and polynomial factoring. It includes many quizzes to test your knowledge. Unless you are confident about a certain topic, it is advisable that you proceed in the order presented in this course, and make sure you mastered each topic before moving on to the next.
